Recto vestibular fistula surgery ASARP
A rectovestibular fistula is an anorectal birth defect where an abnormal connection called fistula subsists between the rectum and female genital. Anterior Sagittal Anorectoplasty (ASARP) is the repair surgery of rectovestibular fistula that's done by a skin incision and therefore the sphincter muscles are cut from it so as to bring out the rectum from the external sphincter.
